Shipping and Returns

Shipping - General Policy (Domestic and International orders)

Domestic and International orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL or MexPost if you prefer. If you have a desired method of shipping please contact us.

Because we are a very small shop and everything is made to order please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped.

International shipping (US and rest of the world)

Revés is not responsible for any further import duties or taxes that may be applied to your package upon entering the destination country, nor for any delays that may occur while passing through customs. If you would like to exchange an item we require you to place a new order for that piece, and return the original order to our studio for a refund.

Returns - General Policy (Domestic and International orders)

The returns are made to a PayPal or Venmo account or you can exchange for an item if there’s a different style/color you wish for. Please allow 5-10 for your refund.

Email the studio at hola@reves-reves.com within 10 days of receipt of package to receive a return authorization. After 10 business days all sales are final.

All the returned/ exchanged goods must be in unworn/unused condition with their original tags.

Customer is responsible for any exchange/return shipping costs. Your parcel will not be processed if it is sent back prior to receiving an authorization.

We are not responsible for delays caused by your preferred courier.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.

When returning Domestic (Mexico only)

Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to our Mexico City Studio within 3 days of authorization.

When returning International (US and rest of the world)

Returns and exchanges must be shipped back within 14 days of authorization to a US address provided when authorizing the return.

We will not process returns after this period of time.
