Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Also we accept Paypal.
Can I modify my order after placing it or cancel it?
Yes, you have 24 hours to email us at sales@reves-reves.com to request changes to your order.
Can I ask for a refund?
Because we’re a small company each piece represents time and effort from our team, so we offer a partial refund of 75% of the cost of the piece (shipping is not refundable).
How long does it take to receive a refund?
It usually takes us 5-7 days for the refund to be processed. You can fill this format and we will be in touch within 24 hours to give you the return instructions.
Shipping
How long do my items take to ship?
Our pieces have a production time of 10-15 business days. Shipping time varies depending on the selected shipping method and will be specified in the available shipping options.
Which countries do you ship to?
We offer express and standard shipping to Mexico and the United States; standard shipping (10-12 days) to the United Kingdom, France, Spain and Portugal. Carriers vary from UPS, FedEx and DHL. If you’d want us to quote for you through a specific company please reach out to us.
What are the shipping costs?
Mexico - $2.50 / express shipping
US - $20.00 standard (10-12 days) / $35.00 express (4- 6 days)
U.K / Europe - $35.00 express (10-12 days)
Will I have to pay customs fees or additional taxes?
Shipping price does not include local import taxes, which may apply to shipments destined for countries outside Mexico. These expenses are not the responsibility of the brand and must be borne by the recipient of the parcel.
The customer assumes full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges in the event they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depends on the selected shipping method. Please be mindful that holidays may affect delivery times.
Will I receive a tracking number?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped from our studio.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We do not offer this service for the time being, please contact us at sales@reves-reves.com so we can help you find alternative options.
Returns
Because we’re a small company, each piece represents time and effort from our team. Therefore, when returning a piece, we offer either an exchange for a new one of the same value or a partial refund of 75% of the item's cost (shipping is not refundable).
If the item you want to exchange is of a different price, we can process a refund and you can place a new order
Terms
You have 15 days to request a return or an exchange once you receive your order.
The product must be in perfect conditions and include the original labels.
A return fee applies: $15.00 for the US and $7.00 for Mexico.
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges to the United Kingdom / Europe at the moment.
How can I return an item?
1) Fill out this format.
2) We will send you a payment link for the return fee.
3) Once the payment is received, we will send you a return label. You will have 5 days to drop off your package.
4) After we receive your returned item, you will get a confirmation email. Then:
For refunds: we will process the reimbursement, wich usually takes us 5-7 days.
For exchanges: we will begin working on your new piece.
Please keep in mind that we make everything from scratch so it will take the same 2-3 weeks to make a new piece + the shipping time you select.
Clothing Care
Our pieces are designed for durability as long as you follow the care label instructions.
How should I care for my pieces?
Specific care instructions for each garment are included on the garment's care label, but since we work mainly with natural materials, here are some general recommendations:
Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle. Use a mild detergent. Do not bleach. Avoid tumble drying and air dry whenever possible. If you must use a dryer, choose a low-temperature setting. Iron on medium heat if needed. Treat stains with a mild stain remover before washing. Iron on medium heat for stubborn wrinkles. Tumble dry on low to prevent shrinkage. Store in a cool, dry place to prevent fading.
When in doubt, wash the garments in cold water on a delicate cycle, without tumble dry and air dry them.
Linen Care:
For linen, we recommend taking them to a dry cleaner to maintain their quality, prevent shrinkage, and preserve their texture and color.
Raw Denim Care:
Please be advised that our pieces are produced using raw, unprocessed denim. Be careful rubbing them against surfaces or paring them with light color clothing, as they may stain before the first few uses.
As such, washing and drying them will cause them to shrink. We encourage our clients to wash them less frequently (we recommend every 4-6 months at most) in order to extend their lifespan and to ensure that their color fades naturally, through everyday use.
When the time comes to wash them we suggest soaking your jeans in cold water with a mild detergent for 20-30 minutes, rinsing thoroughly, and then allowing them to hang dry. Avoid machine washing, and never tumble dry, as this will shrink them.

How often do you restock pieces?
Most of our pieces are made to order, so usually all the pieces that we have in our shop are made this way.
How do I choose the right size?

What materials do you use?
We work with different materials depending on the piece, but we mostly use 100% cotton twill, raw denim and linen. You can check the material of each piece at the description of the products in our shop.
Where are your pieces made?
All of our pieces are crafted in Mexico City through a network of independent seamstresses and tailors using mostly locally sourced fabrics.
Where can I find Revés?

Repair
We value every piece that we put out into the world, for this reason we encourage you to give your pants a second life before throwing them away.
